1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

BazaarMix currently operates on a Cash on Delivery basis.

When placing a COD order, you agree that:

• You genuinely intend to receive the order.
• The delivery address and contact number provided are accurate.
• Someone will be available to receive the package and make the required payment upon delivery.

2. Order Confirmation

Orders remain pending until they are confirmed.

BazaarMix may contact you by phone or email to confirm your order and delivery details before the order is sent for fulfillment.

If we are unable to confirm an order or cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, we may cancel the order before fulfillment.

3. Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order while it is still awaiting confirmation using the cancellation option available in your account.

You may also contact support@bazaarmix.store to request cancellation while the order is still pending confirmation.

Once an order has been confirmed and sent for fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please place COD orders only when you genuinely intend to receive them. Repeated refusal or abandonment of confirmed deliveries may result in restrictions on future orders or account access.

4. Product Listings & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, availability information, and pricing accurate.

The price shown on the product and checkout pages is the amount payable for the order, unless there is a clear technical or listing error.

If a significant system error or incorrect listing affects an order, BazaarMix may cancel the affected order and notify the customer before dispatch.

5. Fulfillment & Delivery

BazaarMix manages the customer-facing shopping platform, order processing, confirmation, and customer support.

Product preparation, packaging, and delivery are handled with the help of fulfillment and delivery partners.

Depending on the partner handling an order, package labels, tracking information, or delivery communications may identify the relevant fulfillment facility or logistics provider.

6. Replacements & Exchanges

Completed COD orders are generally final after successful delivery and payment.

We do not offer ordinary returns or refunds for unwanted products or change-of-mind purchases. However, eligible products may qualify for replacement or exchange where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Product Information

We aim to provide useful and accurate product information. However, product specifications, packaging, colours, dimensions, and other details may vary slightly where applicable.

Product-specific conditions, instructions, warranty terms, or limitations may also apply.

8. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping their account information and delivery details accurate.

You should not use another person's information, create misleading orders, or use the platform for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

9. Honest Use

BazaarMix is intended for genuine shopping activity.

Repeated fake orders, intentional delivery abandonment, misuse of customer accounts, or other abusive activity may result in orders being cancelled or restrictions being placed on an account or associated contact details.

10. Policy Updates

As BazaarMix grows, our services and operating practices may change.

We may review and update these policies from time to time to reflect improvements to the platform and our customer experience. The latest version published on the website will apply to future use of the platform and orders.
